I lost 5 pounds in 5 weeks

It does work that's for sure. Do I have to purchase another belt that would fit me now that I can no longer make it any smaller? OR can I trade it in on a smaller one.

I have had my belt over two years and it is amazing how well my back feels.

So if in 2 1/2 days that I feel great, how am I going to feel after one week?

My back has improved a great deal, which had strengthened my core muscles

Slow but sure loss of inches

I started out on the first hole and within a week and a half am on the fourth hole.

I am sleeping better and yesterday I cut the grass (push mower) with the belt on and no pain or very few sore muscles this morning ...

I have gone down 2 sizes so far and have lost weight as well and I feel great and I don't try to hide my shape anymore.

I have lost 2 - 3 sizes already, and I have only had the belt for 5 months!

And I gave gone from size 16 to 12!!
