It is the best thing I have ever done.

So if in 2 1/2 days that I feel great, how am I going to feel after one week?

I have had my belt over two years and it is amazing how well my back feels.

I have lost over 8 inches

I feel like someone put a pin in me and let out a lot of air! I am now 32 pounds lighter and lost lots of inches galore - I had a pile of summer clothes that I had hoped to get into "maybe next year". They are being given away now - TOO BIG!!
