I did not think that I had the belt long enough for it to have an impact on me......WRONG!!!!

My Clothes Fit Much Looser Than Before

I am sleeping better and yesterday I cut the grass (push mower) with the belt on and no pain or very few sore muscles this morning ...

I started out on the first hole and within a week and a half am on the fourth hole.

THE LAST MONTH AND A HALF, AND GONE FROM A 18 TO A 16. AND LOST 10 LBS

It does work that's for sure. Do I have to purchase another belt that would fit me now that I can no longer make it any smaller? OR can I trade it in on a smaller one.

Well the Belt's popularity is growing while we're all gradually shrinking (thank God.)
