This is just my experience with wellness belt, I ordered mine on April 30, 2010 and have worn it every day since. My back pain has completely disappeared and I must have lost inches as when I started had to have the belt on hole one and am now in need of having it shortened. I am wearing it in the last hole. It is a great product.
