I have tried many diets and joined health clubs, and found that they all work for a short time until you are either too busy to do it, or else just give up. Hearing great things from people that have tried The Wellness Belt, I thought what can I lose except inches? The reason I wanted to get into smaller sizes was because I never give up trying to win "The battle of the bulge". I wanted to look better, and my family has a strong history of diabetes, so having a smaller waistline will help my chances of NOT getting it.

I am very satisfied with the belt, I have lost 2 - 3 sizes already, and I have only had the belt for 5 months! For the first month, I didn't change my eating habits, and still lost enough inches to go down one size in clothing. After that, I wanted to change my eating habits to eating more healthy foods.

You have more energy with wearing the Wellness Belt, and no excuses not to have enough time to wear it, because you put in on in the morning, and forget about it. I like to wear it under my clothing, you can't see it, however it is nice enough to wear outside your clothing if you wish. You can't feel the weight of it once it is on your body, however, you get more energy from wearing it. I should also mention, I have a sit down job, so I don't do allot of walking, I try to get outdoors for one-half of an hour a day.

Everyone says I look great, and I feel great! It has been years since I could wear non-elastic pants, and to be out of plus size clothes! Clothes are so much cheaper now! You can spend so much money on diet programs and special foods, but with this it is just a one time charge, and you can tone your body also.
