We get many, many phone calls from our customers about how their Wellness Belts have impacted their lives. There are an awful lot of happy people out there.
But we have no way to share their stories with the world once the call has disconnected.
So we want you to share your story, telling us about what your Wellness Belt has done for you.
Your testimonial will be entered into our "Life Impact Story Sweepstakes" contest which will be your chance to win one of 12 Amazon Kindles!
Your story will be posted on our website and Facebook Fan Page so that others can know about what the Wellness Belt might be able to do for them. Don't worry - we will protect your identity!
We're looking for weight and / or inches loss stories, back pain relief, increased bone density results, help with headaches, removal of knee pain or improvements in physical fitness, increased energy, strength, endurance or whatever. But most of all we want you to describe what these changes have meant to your life personally - like how it has changed your relationships with others.
That's right, just write out your story and share it with us! Include pictures if you have any and whatever else that can document and add credibility to your story. Before and after pictures are valuable assets for your testimonial on changing your body shape!

Here are the contest rules ...
- Winners should have evidence of factual information in their testimonial (pictures, witnesses, bone mineral density test results, etc).
- Each entrant is assigned a unique sequential number upon receipt.
- Winner will be chosen by a random number generator witnessed by the CEO, President and VPO of WBI.
- Winners agree to perform their testimonial on video and assign their rights to Wellness Belts Inc. for promotional use.
- All entrants agree to assign their rights to their testimonial to Wellness Belts Inc. for promotional use.
Eligibility is determined as follows:
-You must have purchased a Wellness Belt between August 1, 2010 and July 31, 2012 and not returned it.
-1 Winner will be selected for each 2 month period beginning August 1, 2010.
-The end of the first period is September 30, 2010. Each period ends at the end of every subsequent 2 months until the contest end date.
-Because there is a 90 day return policy, the actual winner for a particular 2 month period will be determined 91 days after the end of each period.
-We must have the winner's valid email address in their order data at the time the winner is selected. Otherwise a different winner will be selected.
-The winner must have submitted a great testimonial in the opinion of the decision makers.
As a Wellness Belts contest entrant, you hereby decree to release all rights that you may have in regards to the production and use of your testimonial in promotion(s) in any form in which you or your testimonial appear that may be created by Wellness Belts Inc.
You are free to use the finished promotion for your own marketing interests and requirements but you have no ownership in the actual promotion or any of its contents. You are entitled to post a link from other web sites to where the promotion may be hosted by Wellness Belts Inc.. You understand and agree that this promotion will be used as a commercial advertisement and as such there is no editing done to any writing, audio or video after it is completed.
